How do I place an order?

For online ordering using our website or mobile application, all you have to do is to follow some basic
steps,

  1. Browse the items you require
  2. Add the selected items to the cart
  3. Proceed to checkout
  4. Follow the directions and make a payment
  5. Await for the confirmation once the payment has been done

Is there a limit on quantity of orders or quantity of products in one order?

We may place some restrictions on bulk buying of some products. Zero Grocery reserves the right at our sole discretion to limit the quantity per person or per order.

How do I know if my order has been successful?

Once your order has been accepted, you will be receiving an email confirmation from Zero Grocery showing the details of the order you just placed.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order upto the point of shipping without any charges being made. But once the product has been shipped, follow the cancellation terms listed above. For further queries, you can contact our customer care team, they will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card with Zero Grocery?

Our website is equipped with SSL certificate which ensures a safe pathway while making online payments. Our payment gateway is 3D secured.

Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?

Yes, once the order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation along with the order details. Upon delivery you will get a physical copy of the receipt.

Does Zero Grocery store any credit/debit card details?

No, we do not store any of your card details.

Where does Zero Grocery deliver to?

We deliver across UAE. We also deliver in the Western Region of Abu Dhabi – Al Ruwais.

How much is the delivery charge?

It is based on your location and will be shown in your cart for convenience.
